WE don't KNOW what Resources are! We think more $, or Time
WE got so into "MORE and faster" we think only time and money matter. So much has more VALUE!

Money can't buy you clean air to breathe or pure water to drink. It can't make you well if you are dying. So many things are more important than the latest Apple Watch that gives your heart rate or the steps you took. IF we used these things as MERE TOOLS they would be great BUT .. we always go EXTREME. I wonder why we do that .. is it because we are brain LESS. Yes .. because we lost our brain wiring in the toxic sugar they added to very food.
Elevators are wonderful conveniences. But William Penn knew in the (1700's) that taking building storeys EXTREME would be BAD. Concrete Towers destroy neighbourhoods, but also create wind tunnels and colder temperatures. The resource or value of Developer PROFIT, destroyed a FAR MORE VALUABLE NEED .. that of human connection and pride of home, and porch to connect from. In the last century the only resource or value we care about is PROFIT. Every decade faster greed has destroyed all our more important resources. Connection, community, Feeling valued and belonging, are part of the resources a neighbourhood INCREASES. In our myopic single minded desire forgone resource .. MONEY.. we have destroyed the REAL things that create TRUE quality of life. A beautiful condo with all conveniences has less value when there are non trees for birds to sing in!
WE narrow mindedly focus on exchanging time for money, or money for more TIME in conveniences .. yet most would agree we have lost all quality of life. In the Depression, sitting on the very basic quality tenement stoop, we probably recognize with family and close friends to trade and share with life was probably better. Feeling connected is a HUGE resource. It creates follow on resources like feeling cared for and valued .. far more important than any apple watch or APP.
Resources can be physical like land on which to grow things or mine minerals but they are also Human Resources. When you think of it .. SO SO many of our words have been HIJACKED. In REVERSE World let's try to get them bak from the KIDNAPPERS. Human Resources is more the diet at work you are scared of. And its purpose if probably PRODUCTIVITY for profit .. NOT respecting employees and giving them the VALUE they deserve. Companies profit SOLELY becaseu of their employees .. but they NEVER let us think that. We are a problem, always late, sick or complaining. DO you realize how fast we will now be replaced? There is a company (S .. not sacred but a very strange name for ROBOTS ..) Scarry close to taking many jobs! Yet GOP want welfare benefits to be WORKED for .. we have seriously LOST OUR MIND. We no longer RELATE ideas .. how can those 2 ideas work TOGETHER .. they are total opposite but we never go DEEPER than that first layer. Has being able to THINK .. become our greatest depleted and SCARCE resource. eeeeyihhhh!! 😱
Physical resources
land, woodland, vineyard, minerals, a garden, water, a home, extra space, tools, a car,
maybe good credit vs bad, a savings account, .. aha here is where we get into the Life Ledgers! (link) The opposite to Life RESOURCES are liabilities or withdrawals from our "bank account" ! Bad Health, a family that drags you down, a country at war, living in a city in decline, a miserable neighbour, an abusive WIFE, rude demeaning bullies in school .. somehow we have to remove these from our life. They decrease our bank balance or positive Life Ledger. Luckily our "gated" community does not allow MEAN people. People who are really trying to INCREASE OUR STOCK EXCHANGE are welcome even if they goof up sometimes. We often hurt people or behave badly .. but it is the "me/mine, here now" SELF special focus is unacceptable. People whose life focus is selfish and shallow are not welcome. Those whao want to raise everyone's ledger value are welcome. It does not mean we will not goof up often. It is the INTENT and remorse that are important.

incomplete ..
nurturing .. self confidence .. DESERVEDNESS .. becaseu someone taught you you were great. this is done today with NO PARENTING. You are not special as in me first screw you .. if you think you ARE special you do not belong here. NONE of us is special we are all the same humans of EQUAL value. But we do have special TALENTS to share and trade .. see below.

OUR Individual Human Resources ..our talents, skills, expertise, special abilities, NOT the HR Dept
Everyone is SPECIAL and has special value. But in our community we are ALL THE SAME .. Human. The only diversity (celebrating differences) I want to hear about is skills and talents to share or TRADE as INCOME. We are creating our own jobs unless a company is willing to certify as FAIR. So never mind female empowerment or lgbtst .. we are all the SAME, HUMAN. Our energy goes into how we differ in our special TALENTS we can trade.
We are not even TAUGHT to look for this in school! So now we have to find our special VALUE. Others willl not have it .. and in trading expertise EVERYTHING becomes easy! Instead of me struggling with tasks of many steps I will "pay" someone else who finds that easy. but I pay them in what I am good at. To make trading easier we have a LEDGER so we need not trade WITH EACH OTHER. The ledger tracks what you did for me, and now I OWE the Ledger but can give my expertise to someone else. That is how money started to make trade easier. But now THEY hold the strings to all the money so we QUIT. we will trade our own resources!
energetic, strength, patience, intelligence, creativity, inventiveness, IMAGINATION, curiosity, good with people empathetic (although less empathy would be necessary in some jobs so you do not lose your health .. like maybe emergency workers?)
Energy Vibration .. sunny disposition, always seeing positive, vs worrying about possible problems
Here is where I actually get USEFUL. Certainly a "happy go lucky" personality is amazing and I am so jealous how that would make life so easier BUT 15 to 20 % of us are ESP .. extra sensitive people. It is because of us the problems are foreseen in oredr to PREVENT them. Our Intuition is VALUABLE but it has been called NEGATIVE instead, even I wonder if no STIGMATIZED as "mental illness?? "Normal" people find us a pain in the neck always wondering and curious and with the "But .. " 's and "what if.."
But guess what? After almost 70 years I realize that should have been GREATLY VALUED instead of demeaned as negative! Yes we can be A LOT .. always getting deep into everything but I could have improved on so many situations had a had that POT OF GOLD. If I had the confidence to see my details and desire for perfection and FUTURE vs quick success I could have desgned so many "systems" better. But no self confidence drags us down. SO .. we right brain worriers and ESP's are going to band together and make sure we build each other's confidence. No more SABOUTAGING ourselves. We can be our biggest enemy.
I am remembering I used to think why is he so famous as the top, best .. whatever? I swear I could have done his design floor plan better with less inconveniences, or had a better discussion with that speaker's topic, trained that resturant staff better .. or whatever.)Being a miserable perfectionist would have great VALUE as a consultant in many areas! You know how things sort of sneak thru the back of your head and you do not really voice them? If only I had had self confidence I could have been a great making big $ constant. It is a crime no one teaches us to search for and study our skills and talents! Doing a job were your skills lie is way more easy and fun! They are wanting fame and being SEEN, but not the paparazzi going with it. I have been mad at Harry since he took on a shallow American beauty. Why does no one else scream about paparazzi? Mayor Adams tried to nicely say a bit of exaggeration. Yes ,NYC has traffic BUT with Harry's childhood TRAUMA in his mind this situation would be so exaggerated. Not downplaying his emotional stress but we must recognize he is TRIGGERED by this. So both in a way are TRUE .. or both are not quite true. WE each need to face our biases .. and then find the TRUTH in between the bias or perspective. Having a DIFFERENT perspective does NOT ALLOW TWISTING TRUTH. Truth is TRUTH .. but each part must be PEELED BACK .. see ONION ANALOGY!!

Right hemisphere wiring means you take forever trying to decide. Trying to understand and analyze everything is not quick. It takes PATIENDE and perseverance to find REAL TRUTH to the BEST solution. Left brains are successful at fast action but now all those bandaids are falling off. we need to clean and stick the wounds our systems now have. Why not ONE system that simply works toward quality of life for all. But it take THINKNG and ANALYZING to. find truth
Ability to think deeply is a huge resource, but we have been STIGMATIZED maybe even called mentally
