The 3 life Ledgers of a BALANCED Resource World are Me/We/Us
Natives lived here for centuries. We came and focused only on the "ME ledger".. forgetting WE and US

The best way for quality of life is to FIRST consider the well being of the common good, then the greater good before selfishly only focusing on "THE SELF". definitely we must look after ourself but somehow we have let that become a selfish IRRESPONSIBLE behaviour instead of just TAKING RESPONSIBILITY for us as HUMANS. Things work best when we INCREASE all of our Life Ledgers. We look after ourselves SO WE CAN HELP OTHERS, and then even think about improving the BIGGER BANK ACCOUNT or Ledger.
The blockchain is a Ledger. We can create a new "stock market exchange" with it. But today we value ONLY money and time to exchange for it .. or just stealing it from others when you have power. Those in power have no need to follow rules. That is left to us little people. Our Reverse World has DIFFERENT RULES. Everybody is DECENT and FAIR .. or GET OUT. Our gated community only has members that consider OTHERS before greedily taking resources only for "me/ mine, here, now".
We consider the WHOLE .. AND also the future, and past causes of problems in order to hope to FIX THOSE PROBLEMS. If each of us puts MORE into all our Ledgers our stock EXCHANGE will always INCREASE! I put my skills, talent and time into MY ledger, but I share that with the WE ledger, our community. I can trade those skills and time for a decent quality of life with our US Ledger. We count everything as a RESOURCE, not just money and Time as we do today. Everyone has value even a mentally disabled Down's syndrome person. They are usually very positive and can create joy and love in our community. That is more valuable than my own doom and gloom! 😟
Different types of value, resources or talents are provided to our community in return for shelter, food and living needs .. a kind of TOTAL Life Cooperative? Everyone contributes .. and everyone BENEFITS but FAIRLY. Too much of our life today is UNFAIR. After awhile it makes us lash out. Too bad we do not STUDY mass murderers to LEARN instead of just shooting them. People do not just want to kill and be hated, something has caused them to lash out. Less of that injustice and unfairness will reduce the violence we see.
Everyone wants to belong and be valued. DIS-connection creates bigger and bigger trauma and problems. Not more police .. less trauma! Make people feel important and valued, instead of $ for police and jails! Let's give those struggling a FISHING POLE (opportunity) not a fish. A fish just means I have to beg from you again tomorrow. (not at all meaning to devalue the wonderful people who work to feed the homeless, just rethinking there must be a better way to STOP the problem vs bandaid it.

First we need 2 Corp sponsors, 1 to give us an empty building and another for funds for a redesign
That will let us get started with our TRADE SYSTEM TEMPLATE. Once we develop our NEW CAREER industries those businesses will provide our funding for maintenance, taxes and reinvestment AND create good jobs. Founding Sponsors have BRANDING recognition for their "do good" CSR in the community. This Brand recognition is more useful than a "race for a cure" since the project is always visible reminding of the company's good philanthropy. The new industries we build are ..
- "GIFT of CALM" ART TV and Communication Network .. there will be revenue from its pride of place and branding. (NOT ADVERTISING spaces.)
- Health Coaching .. sharing our Health INTELLIGENCE. Every disease is caused by inflammation. You inherit the faulty genes but why not quit INFLAMING the problem! Processed food and added sugar caused lots of profit on our discomfort and pain.
- Human INTELLIGENCE Analyst .. checking :"facts", finding TRUTH. Finally a source for trust. NOT advertising based!!!!! no influencers or screamers allowed. Just TRUTH.
- Supportive connector, a human family member .. paid by the weUS co-op
These new industries will bring outside money into the National collective of local co-ops. This money can be reinvested into our buildings and connections.
The "Me TRADE Ledger". I contribute (deposit) to the group and I RECEIVE from the group.

WE each deposit our talent, skill, expertise with the group. Even a Downs Syndrome child can contribute their smile, optimism and loving spirit to inspire us. Supervised they can even work a kitchen. (link?) We each are special and have abilities others do not. We contribute this VALUE (asset) to our personal ledger and in return receive shelter, food and fun. The Ledger allows us to work with one person but not need to TRADE their expertise with THEM. Like money .. it DISTRIBUTES our deposits and withdrawals. WE just give our expertise where it is needed for 7 hours x 20, and the payback is our common shelter and food etc. If we choose to work more, or the job is unsafe or requires years of training, we get MORE in return. Great ideas are valued but there is no charging 6$ for a 1$ water becaseu we forgot to bring some. We are stupid .. don't take advantage of us .. 3 or 4$ punishment for our stupidity, but NO GREED ALLOWED. You see this at conferences .. rip off prices.
The trick we have to develop, is VALUING everything FAIRLY. If I get 10 Turtles for an hour of doing dishes, I have no problem if someone is in construction and he gets 20 turtles, 2x my "pay". It is harder and less safe work. But together we need to come up with a FAIR valuation system which will be hard but doable. I do not care if a sales person gets more turtles than me .. selling is so hard! I will work many hours to "pay for" your 1 hr .. because if I spend 10 hours, I still won't have a sale (too long winded .. detailed .. needs KISS (keep it SIMPLE, stupid)

Always contribute MORE than you take, then our WE US Resources INCREASE constantly. Instead of the last century's destruction .. DEPLETING and DESTROYING all of VALUE .. we start a WIN WIN SYSTEM direction. Win Lose has almost done us in.
The "US" Ledger is the big picture .. our "greater good" Bank accounts, you know, unselfish and cons
If you have gotten this far .. thinkng of others before your own selfish well being is natural to you. There are oblivious beings (losing their HUMAN) who have no concept of SELFLESS. In fact they insult our natural HUMAN tendency of HEART (our sharing caring spirit and soul vs SELF considered always first) see selfish selfless spectrum .. same as Right Left brain?
We and us have many bank accounts, we = co-op, neighbourhood, "US" is keeping air water soil CLEAN
THINGS shared not wasted, skills and expertise to solve problems, SPACE shared, garden, farm, WATER? Shared equipment .. farmers used to share big expensive equipment for crops and share ENERGY back in Barn Raising days (add). We have surely depleted all our NATURE. That US account is armegedon.

The business is quality of life? Total Societal health? YES!! Each factor of the OCTOPUS 8 brains is a different COMPANY!! or business, maybe INDUSTRY ,.. Oh MY God!!!!! G
But since EVERYONE IS A RESOURCE our value always goes up with our common and greater good FOCUS!
We each deposit MORE than we withdraw. We would not be in this mess had we thought of that earlier! Or at least Had the OBLIVIOUS LISTENED to us.

My idea is completely LOGICAL .. makes total common sense but is so far from how we have lived I will be CRUCIFIED, called a terrorist or Jim Jones. Our world makes NO MORE SENSE. Rational Thinkng is gone. Only SCREAMINF+HG and demonizing is left. CVIL Discussion to learn from each other is gone. YUP, ARTIFICIAL intelligence will take over. We have lost our ability to SHARE Human INTELLIGENCE. We TRULY communicate ideas for DISCUSSION, less than when printing a book took a day per page!
